Halibut Collar for free! page

So... I live right near Barlean's Fishery and I stopped to get my fish oil supplement and asked if they had any fish heads that I could have for broth. I ended up with a halibut collar + some for free (they didn't have any heads at the time).



It's huge and I broke a piece off and it's in my crockpot right now (even part of a fin) and put the rest in my freezer. What the heck will I do with fish broth?? My whole house is going to smell like fish, but I am pretty excited and clueless!
