Weight Loss question-false low or gain?
Ok I will put my weight out there, I am brave.
Last week I was weighing in at 205 pounds before Thursday. We ate all that crap food on Thursday and I immediately had a water gain of 5 pounds. That was 8 days ago and I am still hanging on to 2 pounds making me 207. I have been eating correctly. Did I really gain 2 pounds or was 205 a false low? Are flase lows real? I just know on mainstream weight loss boards I have seen people talk about them.
I am sort of freaking out a bit thinking, oh no this is not working anymore.
