My b.s. has been up all night since having that soft cheese at 2. Went from 84 to 108 with a dinner of sausage and salsa (no sugar in either, very little of the latter), and is still at 92 3hrs later. I have no. idea. what is going on.

Okay, I did ... are you saying I'm leptin resistant at the liver (I can believe that!), have fatty liver (even though I've lost a lot of belly fat over the last 18mo? although it's still 32"), have elevated LDL (yes, it's 167; ratios indicate likely pattern A), and/or insulin resistant at the liver (certainly my excess calories have been going to fat, and NONE to energy!). I can't figure out the takeaway, can I get a clue? Anyone? Bueller?
Do my crazy afternoon b.g. readings today (see above) change any of your observations? (since they were based on my very low readings from yesterday)
