Thank you so much : ). So far I have had a bad time w/ ginseng and Adrenal Glandulars. That was probably at least 2 years ago, though. I will go look up what other adaptogenics there are. I also took naturalgirl's advice and ordered Dr. Wilson's book. There are a lot of things he suggests that I can't do but there are bound to be at least a few that I haven't already tried.

I take 750mg Mg daily. I've been taking that much for about a month and I was having diarrhea when I accidentally stopped taking it last week. I was under a shit ton of stress last week and am slightly surprised that I didn't fully go off the wagon.

That could be the culprit. In fact, anytime someone presents with chronic constipation the first thing I recommend is magnesium, it draws water into the colon. Maybe try backing down a bit and see if that helps. Let me know!

Dr. K said I needed to up it as I get a lot of headaches/muscle cramps due to PCOS. I had the diarrhea for 3-4 days last week when I didn't take it and on the 3rd or 4th day the leg cramps came back. Not so sure if lessening the amount would do any good.

Well this is strange into this 5 weeks now and haven't lost any on the scale but 1" in waist. Been going up and down on the temp still but overall I am warmer than I usually am. Sleep is still hit or miss. I usually have trouble falling asleep rather than staying asleep (high evening cortisol) BUT since I went back to kickboxing a few weeks ago no soreness! Which was great considering it had been a year and I still experienced soreness after exercise. However, I went this Sat. morning and my thighs are still sore! I mean crazy sore! Shit! Why the regress?

I did have 4 tequila, soda & limes on Friday night out with friends and garlic chicken wings (it was dinner time no snacking and I did not want to drink on an empty stomach) Chicken wings were the best I could do. I slept ok on Fri. night better than I usually do when I drink and then woke up Sat. morning had a 4 oz grass fed burger and choco protein shake made with coconut milk and went to kickboxing.

Could someone please explain what Dr. K meant when he said HcG uncouples leptin and what the implications of that are for someone who has taken HcG in the past?
    Thanks!
