Now, some folks say you *cannot* make vitamin D if you live north of, like Macon, GA. I disagree. You're in South Dakota. Did you get your level to 113 solely through the sun, in South Dakota? How much clothing? Any D sources in food, like CLO, fatty animals, lots of pastured butter, etc.?
If it's all from the sun and whole foods (and not from CLO with added synthetic D, or silly things like "orange juice with vitamin D!"), I'd think you cannot overdose.
