    July" Food & Wine" mag has several good primal recipes.

    Just got my July issue of Food and Wine magazine, and was was pleased to see several interesting primal, or easily made primal, recipes with beef, seafood, and veg. Those with an Asian influence looked really good, and easy.

    Yum....some of those look delicious. I think I might try the snapper recipe. Thanks for sharing.
