Anyone got a good link/online resource for determining the omega 3/6 composition of different animals and/or animal parts?

Hrm. Okay, now I feel stupid. I use that site all the time, but I've never scrolled down.

Anyone know the difference between short chain and long chain omegas? (You know, other than the fact that one is short and one is long).
