Does it matter at what time I take my fish oil supplement?

    Primal Fuel
I'm eating mostly conventional meats as they're what I can afford at the moment, but I take a fish oil capsule to improve my omega ratio. My question is, does it matter at what time I take the fish oil? Because right now I have it in the morning and usually eat meat later on in the day. Am I best off having the meat and fish oil at the same time?

Fish oil takes the reaction with carbs which could instead have happened with blood and raised A1c (someone else can throw in the big words, heh). So the most useful time to eat the fish oil is with carbs.

I take one in the morning and one at night. Taking two at the same time gives me fish-burps.
