    It just hit me that I can cross my legs again, after not being able to do so for years. Not only can I do it, but it's actually comfortable.

    It's the little things that make eating primally so fulfilling.

    Yay for important little things. I've noticed that when I walk in shorts, they no longer keep riding up in a bunch because there is now space between my thighs. Little things like that do matter.

    Sorry to say but my family (mom especially) has been saying chub rub since at least the early 80s :-)
