While waiting for an answer I decided to give it a try. The Ninja, using the smaller bowl that is for chicken or tuna salad, and salsa etc., ground the almonds into perfect meal. We had to stop and scrape the bowl every once in awhile because the meal/flour tends to pack. We didn't fill the work bowl more than about 1/3 full of almonds each time. It worked beautifully. My granddaughter even tried making some almond butter. It worked but was very dense. I suggested she add some light olive oil and that helped "loosen it" up a bit. Is there a recipe for almond butter somewhere on the forum?
