    Quick question about Liver leftovers!

    I made my first batch of Liver and Onions EVER and it tasted ok... but I cooked way too much. I had no idea it would be soooo filling. So how do you handle L+O leftovers? Are they ok to eat after a day or so in the fridge if the Liver was cooked MR?

    I cook a batch of meat and offal each week for my breakfast. When I cook liver, I just stir diced raw liver in with the cooked meat and let the liver cook in the remaining heat. Then I warm it in the microwave for breakfast. Never get tough liver that way and never had problems with it going off in the fridge
