Today is day 2 and I am feeling nasty and physically badly from going off sugar. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with it? Or do I just suck it up and shut up

    Thanks for your help!!

I tapered off sugar and grains over the first week or two of going primal. That being said, I felt a bit 'off' for nearly a month. If you 'suck it up buttercup' you might be over the worst in 3 or 4 days. Hard to tell

Drink loads of green tea, or water. You still have to suck-it-up since you are geting off a high addictive substance. Avoid all sweets and sweet tastes which will speed up the process. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice guys! I think I will be like the buffalo and just head into the storm in order to get it over more quickly. But, the green tea sounds like a great way to pass the time. Thanks again!!!!!!

Considering the population explosion, we can safely add a couple zeros to that number! Such is life.
