It is my fifth day of primal style eating without any grains, sugars, rice, corn, etc. and today I noticed that I was a little light headed when I got to work. Anyone else experience this, is it my body adjusting? Thanks

I still get some lightheaded feeling here and there (especially when getting up too fast) but it never really bothered me to the point I wanted to find out exactly what's causing it.

When I first started low carb it was quite bad, the change from burning sugar to burning fat takes your body a wee while to adjust.
I'm a little prone to getting lightheadedness but since taking potassium caps a couple times a day it's hardly there anymore, I do keep my carbs pretty low tho.

Your blood pressure would have probably dropped as removing the carbs would have removed water which would decrease blood volume and then decrease blood pressure.
Or just body adjusting.
