For me it just took time... didn't rush it... tried to get stonger, faster, flexible, ripped, etc all at once. Took me like 2 years...
You probably want to consider taking the diet soda out of your menu. Even artificial sweeteners can trigger insulin in some people.

I agree, I don't think age matters.
180lbs at 6' is certainly not overweight, and when you're at a healthy weight already, losing the last bit of belly fat really only comes down to diet. I would try eliminating dairy and seeing what kind of results you get.
(Whiny Voice) But I dont want to give up dairy!!! LOL! Thanks secretlobster, I think I will try that. I wish this photo of me would get approved so you can see my body comp. and see if losing 10lbs of fat would have me totally ripped. It is hard to look at yourself sometimes and figure out how you "really" look. I need harsh feedback. =)
