The one thing I love about Tough Mudder is it's not even officially timed, the focus is on teamwork and getting as many people to just finish the race as possible. So pumped to get my orange headband!
Oh! The Tough Mudder is a team game? I had no idea! And the Warrior Dash is individual correct?

I'd like to do TM, but their FB page pissed me off a few months ago so I've written them off until my panties unbunch themselves  Signed up to do my first WD in a couple months...looking forward to a semi-challenging, really fun event!

I did the Warrior Dash in Maryland last month. It was awesome. Over 8,000 participated that Saturday. I kicked ass as well

Since I have these links to their info pages handy already:

Muddy Buddy (2 people, 1 bike, 6-7 miles, 5 obstacles)

Warrior Dash (Looks like timed race in age groups with obstacles)

Tough Mudder (Not a race, it's a personal challenge event. Individual or teams signup, lots of obstacles.)

I'm doing the TN Warrior Dash in September. For me it will be a test, but I've got a few friends that will be there also, so maybe they will "coach" me thru.

I hate running, but the obstacles look too good to pass up. My marathon running cousin convinced me to sign up for the Warrior Dash Ohio II in September. I'd love to get a few of these under my belt before either trying a Tough Mudder or hopping across the pond to attempt the Tough Guy in the UK.

I did the Warrior Dash last year and am looking forward to it again this year. It's a ton of fun and roughly 3 miles so a lot more accessible for most people. It was a great and challenging course but you saw people even walking it if they needd to. It's individual and they do it in heats/waves and then post the results by age group (but the heats aren't broken up by age).

A team from my gym did the Tough Mudder a couple of weeks ago and said it was really hard; similar concept with a ton of obstacles but much longer (closer to 10 miles) with harder obstacles. Next year, I would love to try it!

I'm doing the NC Warrior Dash in August. It looks like it'll be HUGE FUN! It'll be my excuse to destroy my old running shoes and get new ones. :-)

I'm doing the Midwest Warrior Dash in September. I can run 3 miles pretty easily, although I don't think that's going to help me all that much!
