Impressive. I'm sending to my 9yo granddaughter in Syracuse who is very fit and really wants to do handstands.
I just posted a new bodyweight workout video shot at NYC's East River Park - enjoy!

Sweet! I gotta check that park out. I’m going to be working in NYC starting next week so definitely going to hit up a park at least twice a week after work it’s actually part of the reason I decided to take a job there!
Smooooooth no arm muscle ups man!
Oh, that does look fun -- and impressive. All the synchronization was amusing, too. And wow, those slow, controlled moves on the bench were particularly cool.

Thanks! You should send her a link to my handstand tutorial as well.
Thanks! I am using my arms though - just not gripping the bar.
Hope to run into you at East River Park or Tompkins some time this summer.
Thanks! Glad you liked the synchronized stuff - the "muscle-up wave" is one of my personal favorites!

Thought it was still called “no arm” grip? Or is it “no hand” either way… cool work! And yes I definitely hope to run into you at the parks. I’ve improved a little since we last met.
I would call it a false grip or a no-hands grip, but it doesn't really matter what you call things. A rose by any other name, yada yada...

My only question is why East River Park and not Tompkins Square? Just variety?
Great video as always.

Thanks, Shaun! And yeah I wanted to film some stuff at ERP for variety's sake. Also, the set-up at the two parks is a little different, which allows for different variations of moves, like that modified one arm muscle-up I do towards the end of the vid.
Thanks!
