I have a very basic blog for road warriors - simple workouts that don't require much equipment or time. They may not whip you into killer shape from the couch, but they can help you stay on track if you're stuck with a hotel gym. Inspired by my airline pilot spouse, and so far most used by stay-at-home mom friends!
