If you are eating a paleo style diet especially one that follows PB you will not be necessarily high protein. The diet is more high fat. Everytime I put my daily meal plans into my analysis program I am normally 20% carb, 15-20% protein, and 60-65% fat. I think it would be tough to really tax your kidneys on this diet unless you are loading up on really lean meats with no skin or fats as well as supplementing with protein powders.

People say I am on a "crazy" diet. What is so crazy about eating veggies, fruits, seafood and organ meats? Just because I don't eat whole wheat and processed food doesn't make my diet "crazy". Maybe everyone else with a SAD are the "crazy" ones for putting that junk in their system.
