Working around an injury
I've been doing the StrongLifts5x5 Madcow workout for almost 3 weeks now and the lifts are coming along great. Yesterday, while benching, I messed up my left front delt something fierce.
For those familiar with SL5X5, the workout pretty much focuses on 5 compound movements (bench, squat, deadlift, standing overhead press and bent barbell rows).
I'll continue to squat, deadlift & bent row but I have a feeling OHP & benches will be "out" for awhile.
Any suggestions on exercises to work around this or should I just avoid it completely? Wasn't sure how a standard pushup would effect the front delt.
