i guess i need to check since this goes totally against everything i know....
I just did a 20' elliptical session at 15-18 resistance .....this is a better workout
than my 60' elliptical session at less than 5 resistance???
being a girl i won't get all bulky because i 'm over weight? this way?
and my 3 whole egg and bacon and a 1/2 avocado breakfast is better for me than my
usual extra high fiber oatmeal w/cinnamon and a banana?
really
inquiring minds want to know!!
thanks

I had some challenges switching from high fiber to low fiber at first. But all runs smoothly now![]()
Liz.
Zone diet on and off for several years....worked, but too much focus on exact meal composition
Primal since July 2010...skinniest I've ever been and the least stressed about food
First, yes, that breakfast is WAY better.Bananas are ok too- actually today I had bacon, sweet potato and avocado. That's what I like to call a "high density meal."
And don't worry about getting "bulky." Girls don't get "bulky" like men do, and even if we could, muscles rock!
If it's nice out, try doing some more natural movements than an elliptical- getting outside will get you lots of awesome vitamin D too.![]()

Strength train, sprint and stretch for exercise. On off days, just walk.
Eat a nutrient dense diet full of meat, fruit and veggies... some nuts and dairy if you so choose.
That's it.
You pick what type of exercise you like... barbells, dumbells, bodyweight, yoga, pilates, hill sprints, bike sprints, swimming, etc.
I bet your eggs breakfast kept you feeling full a lot longer than the cereal.
