    Dark Chocolate & Lecithins

    Primal Fuel
    I've been eating a lot of 86% Ghirardelli chocolate, but I noticed that there is soy lecithin in it, is there a reason?

    the lecithin acts as an emulsifier. Most chocolates have it, unfortunately.

    I read somewhere that the optimum percentage of cocoa solids for health benefit is 76. If I remember correctly, it's a Swedish doctor carrying out the research.
