The best way to drop the last 10 - 15 lbs....

    Primal Fuel
I've read back, I've read current and I see so much conflicting advice to those who are trying to lose weight, especially those who only have a few lbs.

I'm on the last few lbs - its not a big deal if it goes or not, but I'd kinda like it to go. I've done some carb refeeds (with a 3 lbs loss), IF (with no impact), increased exercise (we'll see when I weigh in this week), lower carb/ limited calorie (with no impact)....

    increased exercise intensity:

think of it this way- you workout and eat at a set calorie level, and you do not lose weight! Now you up the intensity of your workouts, and eat at the same calorie level as before, but now you lose weight. Basically you are creating your caloric deficit via exercise!

and i voted for carb cycling (closet to what I actually do-calorie cycling) even do I do a mixture of if and cc, it makes those low calorie days easier to deal with!

I think it's different per person. Just like some people stay on a perfect weight eating pure crap. I however doubt intense exercise works after haing read how much you actually burn while exercising.

I'll vote for carb cycling, the science behind it of increasing leptin seems pretty solid.

EDIT: I'm in the last bit myself as well, so we'll see .

I chose IF+carb cycling. Leangains works.

re: carb cycling. I totally believe in the science here too... but it SUCKS! I don't enjoy eating so many carbs, I feel really light headed all day - and the low fat thing, ugh. I'm just starving all day. If I can find a way to carb cycle and make it enjoyable - I would continue with it, because i have had some success.

I would vote "move around more" if it were an option. If you can get somewhere on foot in an hour or less, then walk.
You lousy kids! Get off my savannah!

This. It's as good for your ass as it is for your head. Get outside, in the sun is even better.

I'd vote that too- I'm hoping to use the summer to just WALK more on top of what I already do and lose those last 10 pounds.

I say, don't sweat it. If you're eating right and exercising right, it'll drop eventually. Stressing over it is no good, IMO.
