    Farmers Markets Addict

If there's anything that can help turn the tide when you're battling a stubborn relative or ignorant coworker, it's good tasting food. I've started getting almost everything I eat from farmers markets and have eaten like a king. Fresh food tastes the best, there's just no argument there and the prices are usually incredible compared to the grocery store. What do people think of farmers markets? Have any tips or favorites to look for? I've gotten lucky to live close by to some but who's trying to find local food and not having any luck? Maybe the primal folks that populate these forums have helpful advice. Just looking for another conversation starter, I've learned a metric crap ton perusing forums on paleo sites and the one here is by far the most active.

I love going to my weekly farmers market, although I find it pretty expensive sometimes. Im willing to pay for quality however. The local meat vendor there has grass fed everything, and even sells me marrow and soup bones. they love me. =)

My adventure this weekend will be trucking up to a local (ish) farmer's market on a quest for grass-fed beef. Mmm, cow.

Actually that brings up another point. I'm addicted to ribeyes, ground beef and stew meat but what are some non-conventional cuts of meat that are affordable and delicious? The fattier the better as long as it's grass fed.
