the more I look at it it seems like it is too much fat, and i would lose more weight if i cut back.
im 30 6"2 260 lbs. feel great on this diet just want to make sure i keep losing weight.
my intake is as follows
calories 2190 fat 160 carb 48 protein 143
fat 65% protein 26% carb 8%
cant explain the energy and way i feel. i know im losing weight in inches. just want to make sure doin this i will continue. thanks

If you're losing, don't mess with it, it's working! Save the tweaks for the eventual plateau(s) you will hit on your way down.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. You're eating at a caloric deficit, so you should lose weight.
