    chilis, what to do?

    hey all,

    i bought a kilo of red chilies ridiculously cheap from my local market. im looking for an interesting recipe to use them in! possibilities for sauces, or marinades for beef or chicken, or any other favorite you might have.

    If you can't find a way to use them, you can just dry them. Dried chilis are always handy to have.
