I was somewhat primal back over Christmas. It was lost 15 pounds or so- went from around 135 to 117. I recently gained some of it back. Wah.
Weighed in this morning at 124.

I'm doing the 30 day challenge (I know the event has already passed); it seems like a good way to get back on track. I can't clear my fridge of crap, but I can try to ignore it. I'm just glad my pantry isn't stocked full of wife cakes w/ lotus seed filling. Those are my weakness.
I need to eat more veggies. Hurr.

Pho bo with kombu instead of noodles, sliced beef (top sirloin), and mushrooms
Pho bo broth

-1/2 onion

Shrimp marinated with lemongrass
Lemongrass marinade:
-2 shallots
-clove or two of garlic
-lemongrass powder
-vinegar
-fish sauce
Vegetable broth with eggs
-kombu broth
-mushroom broth
-Bok choy broth
Boiled bok choy with sesame seed oil and oyster sauce
Shrimps in garlic and butter

Yesterday's Om Nom Noms:
2 egg omelet with some cheese
Some sausage thingy (wasn't super primal)
Several glasses of Thai tea with heavy cream instead of sweetened condensed milk
This weird turkey leg (not primal. Damn thing had a ton of salt+preservatives)
Tried on some vibrams today. I don't like them. I'll stick to working out in no shoes or flip flops.
Today's Om Noms:
2 eggs + sour cream (ton of that) + salsa
Some eggplant ting covered in tomato sauce. Tomato sauce probably had HFCS
2 cups whole milk
Some salad thing. The dressing probably wasn't too primal
Tasty chai.
Yesterday's Om Noms:
1 pound of tasty steak
3 egg omelet + ton of cheese
a ton of strawberries
I did some swimming. Winning.
Weighed myself this morning. 121. Better than the 124 at the beginning of the week. :3
