Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
“You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist.”
And that's why I'm here eating HFLC Primal/Paleo.
I'm kinda doing that at the moment, for cheapness' sake.
-Eggs (60 a week).
-Pork (100g a day).
-Bananas (1 or 2 a day).
-Potatoes (depends, but a lot).
-Onions (1 to 4 a day).
-Double cream (50ml a day on average).
-Butter (50-100g day, in cooking and for nibbles).
On top of that I just get cheap 50p veg bags from the market.
Perfection is entirely individual. Any philosophy or pursuit that encourages individuality has merit in that it frees people. Any that encourages shackles only has merit in that it shows you how wrong and desperate the human mind can get in its pursuit of truth.
I get blunter and more narcissistic by the day.
I'd apologize, but...
Amazing how many lists seem to include steak and eggs.
