This is very encouraging because some days I just think, "What is everyone else eating?" I don't have access to kangaroo, deer (makes me think Bambi, not venison), or bear eggs (would need a bigger skillet), but most of the other fav's are on my list. I'm only in my 4th week since transitioning off GAPS, and today I woke up with some energy! That's a big deal with my thyroid. So today I would choose:
1. Kerrygold butter
2. Pastured beef
3. Free range eggs
4. Onions (grateful I'm not intolerant)
5. Dark green romaine lettuce
6. Sweet potatoes or butternut squash
7. Homemade stock
