    Those aren't essential, except maybe the liver, but I don't like eating it that much. If I was going to pick 3 more foods, I'd probably pick rum, great lakes gelatin(assuming I don't have to pay for these foods, knox if I do) and coconut oil. Coconut oil + coffee + rum is amazing.

    I'd replace anything there except coffee, sugar and milk with acid though.

    Is it? How do you drink it? Hot like an Irish coffee, or cold like a white russian or what? Equal parts of the 3?

    My current 7:

    1. US Wellness Meats Beef Liverwurst
    2. Smoked Wild-Caught Sockeye Salmon
    3. Eggs
    4. 5-year aged Gouda
    5. Coffee. Preferably SWP Decaf, Dark Roast
    6. Heavy Cream. For the coffee and to make butter (is that cheating?)
    7. 90% or higher Dark Chocolate. But I'll give it up for the butter if #6 was a cheat.
