4. Coconut Oil
4. Coconut Oil
My Journal: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/forum/thread57916.html
When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.
My 7 foods.
6. Sweet Potatoes
1 Beef Ribeye
2 Salmon sashimi
5 Fresh Cream
7 Pork spare ribs
Every time I hear the dirty word 'exercise', I wash my mouth out with chocolate.
5. Fresh Heavy Cream
7. Blue Crab
1. pastured gf cow (all parts incl offal & also skin, joints & bones to make broth)
2. raw milk from said cow (cream, milk, + make kefir, yogurt & cheese)
3. pastured chickens & eggs (if that counts as 2, just the eggs)
4. wild salmon (all fish, but salmon if I have to pick)
Still not sure I'd thrive without a few more veggies. I guess I might have to rethink the coconut...

At this moment, I'd go with
Wild pig, because I'm not afraid of animal 0mega6 and BACON
Chicken, because they fit into a stew pot whole and boil down nicely.
Egg (redundant if I have chickens?)
Coffee or Kombucha - one of those two. Tough choice.
Sweet potatoes, if eggs are redundant.
But I know it will change.
Shocked and slightly embarrassed at the sight of Larry in a towelTurquoisepassion:
Knifegill is christened to be high carb now!
