Low-carb.. which foods?
I've been trying to eat low-carb for a couple of days now (summer's getting close).
Which foods are best and which worst for eating low carb?
I already know a few that a worse: Apples, milk, ..
but I am not really sure about the rest.. plus what is a low carb count anyways? I try to aim for between 50-100 carbs a day. What's low? What's high? 0-0,4 is low? high is above 1? I am not really sure on that whole topic.. please help!
