i see posts all the time about how much fruit. there is no wrong or right answer to this as long as you are counting the carbs and following the blueprint. i bought strawberries, blueberries, apples and grapefruit this weekend but i spread it out over 4 days for snacks. i prepare all my meals and snacks for the week on sunday. so each day i am having a handful of blueberries, around 3 strawberries, 1/4 of a small apple and 1/4 of a grapefruit. its only around 35 grams of carbs.
