    Al-

    I'm just totally curious. Do you lift much weight, or do you mainly stick with body weight-based exercises. The stuff you can do amazes me.

    Al-

    Thanks for the link and the info. Being able to eventally do a hand-stand push up without a wall, a one-armed pull-up, or a human flag fires me up more than lifting more and more weight. I have been switching to more body weight workouts forthat reason.
