Well done!
I'm really excited, and I don't want to be puffed up or proud in "real life" (I just posted in another thread that I want primal's impact on me to speak for itself instead of me preaching)... but I've crossed the halfway point of the weight I want to lose! So for this one thread, I'm going to be puffed up and proud on this forum.
This "diet" has been simple and fulfilling -- two words nobody would normally associate with the word diet. I'm very grateful to the people of this forum for being open and honest, and providing a virtual support system for us fat people. It's made a big difference.
I know the second half of the weight will be the hard half. I'm ready. I know it might take me a year or more. I'm ready.
Thanks!!

Thank. You're right,it definitely isn't linear.
Congrats that's amazing!
Great progress, keep it up!
I mentioned other benefits: 1. Completely off of Nexium (heartburn med) and have zero symptoms. This happened mostly before the weight came off, due to the change to a more neutral alkaline/acidic diet. 2. Food is still something I enjoy, but I don't live my life waiting for the next meal. This is mostly due to the fact that what I eat actually makes me feel full for more than 30 minutes.
If you're new, keep at it!
