Confusion reps and reps to failure
I cant decide whether in the primal blueprint fitness ebook if Mark is suggesting that you achieve as many reps to failure then move on to the next exercise or he just means to rest while trying to achieve the recommended reps for each progression until you can reach the total amount without having to rest in between while doing the exercise. I know this sounds confusing because guess what I am.
Based on my limited reading (only read the overall blueprint); and reading of Michael Colgan's New Power Program, there's a point where the muscle fibers aren't operating. It's during this time an appropriate rest is necessary for it to recovery sufficiently for the next "set." it comes to wonder about muscular build up vs. working on muscle fibers (fast twitch).
