im 15 and weigh 90kg i want to get to around 70-75 kg how long would this take followin all the pb rules?

Everyone is different. it takes longer for some then others. Imho this is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. if 70-75kg is you ultimate goal maybe set up smaller goals. i.e. 1kg by the end of the week and then reevaluate. keep doing this until you reach your goal
