    A question of terminology ?

    Primal Fuel
    I've got fed up hearing Paleo/Primal lifestyle described as " low carb ". The fact is that SAD is EXTREMELY high carb - ours is just " normal " carb, albeit much lower by comparison....

    Depends whom you ask. My diet was already lower carb than normal.

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
    PB/Paleo is low carb compared to what the overwhelming majority of westerners eat. It's all relative, true. But for folks coming from 300+ g of carbs per day, PB is, by comparison, low carb. I remember switching over and having a hard time keeping carbs below 150. Now, I feel like I have totally pigged out if my carbs go over 75.
