    Advanced resources?

    Primal Fuel
I've read Mark's stuff. I just finished reading Robb Wolf's book. I've read "Why We Get Fat."

They're both great, and I love all of the info.

I also devour a ton of paleo/primal blogs, but, dammit, I want MORE.

Anyone have any ideas for more "advanced" reading? I'm not sure I'm ready for straight up studies or really dense technical texts, but I feel like I need something more!

It seems like most of the big texts right now are for the unbelieving audience.

I'm not the unbelieving audience! I'm on board with this, I just want to do it BETTER! Any ideas?

Good Calories, Bad Calories by Gary Taubes goes into the science in-depth but also touches on the history of why everyone has been mislead. You can also check out Robert Lustig's lecture on youtube "The Bitter Truth About Sugar" where he goes through all of the science of fructose metabolism and how it is lipogenic.

I also loved Dr. Scott Connelly's seminar on insulin and how it drives obesity: Insulin: Body Weight and Energy Production by Dr. Scott Connelly - CrossFit Journal

On the exercise angle, I think Body By Science has it pegged. There is a series of videos on YouTube to whet your whistle, but if you want more details, the book is excellent.
