It's definitely 2, not 0.2.
For Trig/HDL
2 or below is ideal. 4 is “high”, 6 is “danger”

Brilliant, just confirmed its 2. Someone in my family is going to be very happy.

Thanks a lot for the link Nina. For some reason I thought the scale was 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6. Anxiety ensued.
So her blood tests show a massive improvement then. Grok on.

Oh, no, string beans are legumes? I never thought about that. Not that I eat too many, but I love them.
Her Trig/ HDL ratio looks good to me. Her HDL is higher than Trig which is desirable. Nina is right, below 2 is ideal. My mum's is slightly above 2If only she becomes primal...
LOL, That's such a cute video...blooddu, nah funneee
Everyone here's already covered most of what I usually say about cholesterol. And yes, I've been in class - and grading undergraduate essays. (weeps) After this month things should be less hectic for me, but right now they're crazy.
Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.

Glad to have your seal of approval Griff. This is great news for the family, who have all being primal for around 4 months and are very motivated. Everybody has experienced positive results weight-wise and in how they feel. And these positive results are very reassuring. Happy days.
