Finished up the carnitas with two eggs this morning, then had a medium chopped steak about an hour ago .... thankfully there is no sugary stuff in this house, because I would be seriously tempted. What is up this this ? Off and on now for a week or more, and no viable reason for it that I can come up with. Getting good protein and fats, so what's the deal ???

Leftover dried sausage this morning with eggs .... decided to venture into the water for lunch and pan grilled some wild caught Alaskan cod with lemon. It was fair, would have been amazing if it didn't taste like fish.
Sigh .... just not into fish. Crab or lobster, yes ....

I'm back on whole30 for July. And staying clear of all fodmaps foods too. The pulled pork has a little onion and garlic in it - but I have been eating it since Friday and haven't had any issues so I think I'm okay with those 2 things.
Back on the track cuz I too took the weekend off and ate all sorts of wrong things.
I have some pork for carnitas that will go in the oven tomorrow, but without the garlic (allergy) and the onion (fodmap and possible allergen).
Went by the grocery store today for t-paper and fresh romaine, it was an absolute mad house there. The holiday tomorrow I suppose ....
