Today it was his eeeeeevil twin. Push-ups, elliptical sprints, baby burpees, side hobbles (have no clue what else to call these things - tube band around the ankles, side steps without losing the tension on them) and of course the weighted vest squat throw downs .... then more sprinty things. So glad to see my chiro afterwards to get things put back into place !

LONG week ... completely missed my appt. with the doc to find out about the most recent results on the thyroid exam. Have to reschedule now, and likely it will be another month before I can get in. Combination of things the morning of the appt. and I finally gave up and called in.
Workouts this week were fair, not my best for sure. I think with the adjustments with the new mineral stuff, I am clearing out a lot of stuff, physically, mentally, emotionally ... a bit draining at times, but it's all good. Get my Happy Happy Happy now with Duck Dynasty, True Blood starts up soon but sadly the season is almost at an end with Game of Thrones.

Off to get a little more work done ...

Very sad, but last week's episode was the bomb. I have high hopes for the finale. Can't get into the whole vampire thing so True blood is out though Anna Paquin is definitely sexy (assuming she is still on the show). Good luck on getting your appointment rescheduled. I hope all is as well as it can be with your thyroid.

Wish Thrones had more episodes !!! Loved last weeks too.
I like this doctor, but it is a pain to get an appointment. He's only there two days a week, occasionally three, so it makes it difficult. My first visit with him was a month and a half after I made the appointment.
