Just Started - What You Think About my Fitness Plan?
Ok so im 15 and am trying to get primal but its hard when there are so many treats around and your mum doesnt agree with cooking with butter (she uses the cheaphy veggie oils) anyway here is my fitness plan , basically its the same as pb fitness but with added stuff . with my move slowly im going to bike for an hour and do about 14 miles. is that ok or too much?
also here are some before pics i am 90 kilograms
i want to get down to around 70 - 75 how long do you reckon that would take?
