    If you have to get a recipe from the food network, Good Eats recipes are hands down the best available. I sooo wanted to work for that show while in school. A friend of mine actually ended up landing a job with him afterwards, she absolutely loved it.

    Screw this, after watching that I need to go buy some steaks!

    America's Test Kitchen is more of the same (cooking + science), but not as smexy or amusing as AB.
