    Protein powder

    Primal Fuel
    Hi all!
    I am looking for a Paleo protein powder. Anyone have suggestions?
    Paleo....so no whey, soy, pea, rice, etc....
    Anyone use egg white powder, what about hemp powder?

    I would say hemp protein is sold. Just don't be eating hemp foods as it comes with a lot of omega 6 fatty acids!

    That's what I thought about hemp powder. Now is it the amount of omega 6 we get, or is it the ratio of o3/o6? Would adding some fish oil balance that out?
