    You'll get mixed responses. Some people's bodies don't mind dairy at all, some are lactose intolerant completely, some experience enough inflammation to say it's not worth it. Dairy products are really borderline primal. They're not an essential part of the lifestyle by any means, but most of us will agree that in moderation, un-processed dairy products are fine if your body tolerates it. Those look like very good choices for yogurt.

    Yup, the only answer to this question is the followup question: are you okay with dairy?

    If yes, then that's a good one. No added sugar or flavors, just milk and bacteria.

    I do fine with yogurt, and I'm not interested in making this way of eating any more restrictive than it has to be. So unless it upsets your system, go for it. Just don't eat the kind with sugar in it.

    Thanks, I missed that.

    With 14g carbs per 8oz in the plain, it is too much for me, but probably not for many people.
