Not sure about which supps for muscle growth - you don't really need them. Just a good diet and a good weight programme. Eat clean as recommended on this site - meat, fish, eggs, veggies, some fruit, some nuts and seeds. the 45 min cardio is not chronic if a vigorous walk. You could do some intervals about 3 times per week - alternating sprinting with walking.
Not sure why you headed your thread that you don't want a diet for weight loss I take that to mean you don't want to lose weight with an unhealthy fad diet want something healthy.
