    I am done "experimenting." I have too much on my hands with spreading the primal lifestyle. I am on a journey to living a minimal life and experimenting on my sleep when I literally sleep like a baby seems to be nonsense right now.

    Maybe I will try it in the future when I have a kid or when I have trouble falling asleep. It may be useful when I begin to travel due to different time zones, etc. But, for now, I'll pass.

    Indeed. You have much better things to do with all that mental energy. This was an interesting thought though.
