I am done "experimenting." I have too much on my hands with spreading the primal lifestyle. I am on a journey to living a minimal life and experimenting on my sleep when I literally sleep like a baby seems to be nonsense right now.
Maybe I will try it in the future when I have a kid or when I have trouble falling asleep. It may be useful when I begin to travel due to different time zones, etc. But, for now, I'll pass.
