Joined a local Crossfit gym today. I did the Baseline in 7:48. First class is tomorrow morning at 5:30am. Lol .. yes, I chose that time slot.

Otherwise, I downloaded the Primal Fit pdf, but it didnt translate. Have been trying to download it again, but so far, no success.
