Why just the egg whites?
primaleaf inspired me to start a journal, if your primal your open minded right? so that means i can rant and rave about this site, the book and how i went from a size 38 to a size 29 in 1 year and now to inspire others log my daily routine! cool! here goes ;o)
TUESDAY
3am B - 100% natural whey protein, 2tbs almond butter and 1tbs matcha green tea powder & 1tbs fresh ground cinnamon & WATER
4am WORKOUT - 30 MIN core workout and 40 min low cardio
6am S - fresh asparagus, celery, baby carrots and egg white & WATER
8am S - 1/2 apple, 1/4 grapefruit, 3 berries, egg white & WATER
10am S - grape tomatoes, fresh cucumber, baby carrots, egg white & WATER
LUNCH - wild snapper cooked with coconut butter. 4 Brussels sprouts, 2 cups of broccoli and 1/4 of an avocado and 2 egg whites & WATER
3pm S - 100% natural whey protein (unflavored)
5PM - 6PM dinner i will have a 4 egg omelet mixed with 1 clove of fresh cut garlic, fresh ground cayenne and turmeric, 1/4 cup fresh onions cooked with coconut oil and 1/2 bell pepper & WATER
8PM bedtime i will have a 100% all natural casein protein drink with 2tbs almond butter with flaxseed

4am WORKOUT - FULL BODY SINGLE SET 10 REP WORKOUT and 40 min low cardio
6am S - fresh asparagus, celery, baby carrots and egg white & WATER
8am S - 1/2 apple, 1/4 grapefruit, 3 berries, egg white & WATER
10am S - grape tomatoes, fresh cucumber, baby carrots, egg white & WATER
