Did you know that I dreamed last night that we did a workout together and then had a massive salad. You were very emphatic that I must eat 2 lbs of greens.
It was a good work out, btw, I did well with muscle ups and got further on my flags.

i figure that at least my mind is on the right path.
my left lat is getting better. my flags stink, btu it's still enjoyable. chins are great, but i'm still just doing two arms. i'm not as sore, so i think i must be slacking.
i figure we'll probably be working out in my head again tonight, so . . . perhaps that's why i'm less sore from actual work outs. lol
