    Hey Gang - I posted a new video to my blog this morning. It includes highlights from my bodyweight strength training workouts. I think most people here will find the video inspirational, motivational or at the very least, mildly entertaining. Enjoy!

    That was cool, Al! I found it funny, that the people walking by during your flag were not impressed. The cross handed muscle-up was something I have not seen before.

    Thanks! Glad you like the X-muscle-up. I wish I could take credit for coming up with that, but I got it from Zef of the Bar-barians. As for the people on the street, that's New Yorkers for ya!

    Did you know that I dreamed last night that we did a workout together and then had a massive salad. You were very emphatic that I must eat 2 lbs of greens.

    It was a good work out, btw, I did well with muscle ups and got further on my flags.

    Isn't is disappointing when you wake up from a dream where you're doing amazing stuff like that? Hope you get a real life muscle-up soon!

    i figure that at least my mind is on the right path.

    my left lat is getting better. my flags stink, btu it's still enjoyable. chins are great, but i'm still just doing two arms. i'm not as sore, so i think i must be slacking.

    i figure we'll probably be working out in my head again tonight, so . . . perhaps that's why i'm less sore from actual work outs. lol

    Great video and I love your site. You have inspired me to improve every aspect of my body weight movements. Gonna focus on that core baby!!
